We are seeking a 3/2 with a minimum of a 1 car garage in South Venice for annual rental. Must be fenced, pet friendly. Willing to consider with or without pool.. MUST be in Taylor Ranch Elementary school zone, no busy roads. Two adults, one elementary age child, two non-aggressive, non-destructive, non-dangerous breed medium sized dogs. Rent is negotiable. Solid, high, secure income, no drugs, no problems. Quiet, meticulous family. Rent ALWAYS paid on time. Current situation is nerve wracking at best. Current rental was in forclosure, then went into quick sale. Need stability we can not have in this current home. Approximate move in date of December 1, or January 1 unless circumstances change currently and need something sooner. Thanks in advance for any replies.
