City of Venice needs to isolate Golden Beach

Reading the latest hostile posts by Golden Beach residents, it looks like it is time for the City to fence off Golden Beach and monitor movements of its residents. Maybe have guard towers built along Harbor to keep the residents away from the normal population. Maybe spin off Golden Beach and make it part of Haiti, better yet Venezuela; they would really blend in with Venezuela.
